HPAB-0134CQ

Human Anti-CD38 Recombinant Antibody (HPAB-0134CQ)

Description

This is a genetically engineered recombinant human monoclonal antibody to CD38. This monoclonal antibody has demonstrated efficacy in patients when administered at specific dosage regimens. Derived from HuCAL, a human source, this IgG1 antibody exhibits effective antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) and antibody-dependent cell-mediated phagocytosis (ADCP). Additionally, it shows high activity in preclinical models of multiple myeloma.
