Description
HPAB-0080-LSX binds to the Ig-like V domain of huCD33 and is rapidly internalized by HL-60 cells within 30 minutes. The localization of HPAB-0080-LSX to the lysosome was confirmed using an in vitro cell-based assay that measures the ability of an antibody drug conjugate to kill target cells.
