Description
This product is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes both human and murine CD274 (PD-L1) with a high affinity. This antibody could inhibit the PD-1/PD-L1 interaction of both human and mouse origin. It could promote cytokine production and T-cell proliferation. The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media, purified by affinity chromatography and could be used for the detection of PD-L1 in immunoassays and cancer immunotherapeutic studies.
