Description
HP1α (F3K7M) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of total HP1α protein. This antibody does not cross-react with HP1β or HP1γ protein. Non-specific labeling of the epithelia in testis may be observed in fixed frozen mouse tissue by immunofluorescence. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues near the carboxy terminus of human HP1α protein.
