Description
Glu-Glu Tag (F3Z5J) Rabbit mAb detects recombinant proteins containing the Glu-Glu epitope tag. The antibody recognizes the Glu-Glu sequence fused to either the amino or carboxy terminus of targeted proteins in transfected cells. Glu-Glu Tag (F3Z5J) Rabbit mAb detects exogenously expressed Glu-Glu-tagged proteins in cells expressed under a CMV promoter. Expression under other promoters has not been evaluated. This antibody may detect a band of unknown origin at 30 kDa in some rodent cell lines. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic Glu-Glu tag peptide.
