Description
FcγRIIB (D8T4C) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of total FcγRIIB protein. Based on western blot analysis of lysates from cells transfected with constructs expressing FcγRIIA or FcγRIIB, FcγRIIB (D8T4C) Rabbit mAb has a strong preference for FcγRIIB and demonstrates weak cross-reactivity with FcγRIIA. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues near the carboxy terminus of human FcγRIIB protein.
