DNA Polymerase θ (POLQ) (F8D8T) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of total POLQ protein. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a recombinant protein specific to the central region of human POLQ protein. This antibody recognizes residues surrounding Pro1415 of human POLQ protein.
