CREB (D76D11) Rabbit mAb detects endogenous levels of total CREB-1 protein. The antibody does not cross-react with other ATF/CREB family members. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a full length GST-CREB fusion protein. The epitope has been mapped to residues surrounding Gly61.
