Description
COL6A1 (E9Q3P) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of total COL6A1 protein. Non-specific cytoplasmic labeling of Purkinje cells in the cerebellum, acinar cells in pancreas, and tubules in testis may be observed by immunofluorescence. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ile536 of human COL6A1 protein.
