Description
Cleaved Caspase-8 (Asp387) (D5B2) XP® Rabbit mAb (PE Conjugate) recognizes endogenous levels of mouse caspase-8 only when cleaved at Asp387. In addition to the p18 subunit, the unconjugated antibody also detects cleavage products containing the pro-domain with the p18 subunit (p43) by western blot analysis. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Asp387 of mouse caspase-8 protein.
