Description
CFTR (D6W6L) Rabbit mAb (BSA and Azide Free) recognizes endogenous levels of total CFTR protein. This antibody also detects a 60 kDa band of unknown origin in some cell lines. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with recombinant protein fragment of human CFTR protein. The epitope corresponds to a region surrounding Arg735 of human CFTR.
