Description
CD133 (D2V8Q) XP® Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of total CD133 protein. This antibody is not sensitive to the glycosylation status of CD133. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with recombinant protein specific to the 1st extracellular loop of human CD133 protein. The epitope has been mapped to a region spanning amino acid residues 303-312.
