Description
c-Fos (E2I7R) XP® Rabbit mAb (BSA and Azide Free) recognizes endogenous levels of total c-Fos protein. The antibody does not cross-react with other Fos proteins, including FosB and FRA1. c-Fos (E2I7R) XP® Rabbit mAb non-specifically stains fixed, frozen mouse spleen by immunofluorescence. Monkey cross-reactivity determined by ELISA. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ala276 of human c-Fos protein.
