Recombinant monoclonal antibody to Nitric Oxide Synthase. Manufactured using AbAb’s Recombinant Platform with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the hybridoma 3F7-B11-B5. This chimeric rat antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse IgM format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
