Description
Acetyl-Histone H3 (Lys18) (D8Z5H) Rabbit mAb (PE Conjugate) recognizes endogenous levels of histone H3 protein only when acetylated at Lys18. This antibody does not cross-react with other acetylated histone proteins. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding acetylated Lys18 of human histone H3 protein.
