Description
Acetyl-Histone H3 (Lys14) (D4B9) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of Histone H3 protein only when acetylated at Lys14. This antibody does not cross react with histone H3 acetylated at Lys9, 18, 27, or 56. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding acetylated Lys14 of human Histone H3 protein.
