Recombinant monoclonal antibody to erbB-2 (Her-2/neu). Manufactured using AbAb’s Recombinant Platform with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the therapeutic antibody 4D5-8 (trastuzumab). THIS IS A RESEARCH-GRADE BIOSIMILAR. NOT FOR HUMAN THERAPY! This recombinant Fab fragement was made using the variable domain sequences of the original human IgG1 format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
