Description
β-Amyloid (1-42) (D9A3A) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of total Aβ-42 peptide. This antibody may cross-react with Aβ-43 peptide. This product detects transgenically expressed human APP in mouse models. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues near the carboxy terminus of human β-amyloid (1-42) peptide.
