PKM2 (D78A4) XP® Rabbit mAb (BSA and Azide Free) detects endogenous levels of total PKM2 protein and does not cross-react with PKM1. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ser406 of human PKM2.
