Description
Phospho-Akt1 (Ser473) (D7F10) XP® Rabbit mAb (BSA and Azide Free) recognizes endogenous levels of Akt1 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser473. It does not detect Akt2 protein when phosphorylated at Ser474. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ser473 of human Akt1 protein.
