Phospho-Aurora A (Thr288) (C39D8) Rabbit mAb (BSA and Azide Free) detects endogenous levels of Aurora A only when phosphorylated at Thr288. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues around Thr288 of human Aurora A.
