Description
Phospho-EGF Receptor (Tyr1068) (D7A5) XP® Rabbit mAb (BSA and Azide Free) detects endogenous EGF receptor only when phosphorylated at Tyr1068. This antibody may cross-react weakly with other tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Tyr1068 of human EGF receptor.
