Description
Phospho-EGF Receptor (Tyr1173) (53A5) Rabbit mAb (BSA and Azide Free) detects endogenous EGF receptors only when phosphorylated at Tyr1173. This antibody may cross-react with other activated receptor tyrosine kinases. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Tyr1173 of human EGF receptor.
