Description
Phospho-Akt (Ser473) (D9E) XP® Rabbit mAb (BSA and Azide Free) detects endogenous levels of Akt only when phosphorylated at Ser473. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ser473 of human Akt protein.
