Description
Recombinant monoclonal antibody to Dynein Light Chain and recognizes rat and human homologs of both DYNLT1 and DNYLT3. Manufactured using AbAb’s Recombinant Platform with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the hybridoma 10F6-D1-D9. This chimeric rat antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse IgG1 format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
