Recombinant monoclonal antibody to HER2. Manufactured using AbAb’s Recombinant Platform with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the hybridoma 4D5. This reformatted mouse IgG1 D265A antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original mouse IgG1 format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
