Description
Recombinant monoclonal antibody to PD-1. Manufactured using AbAb’s Recombinant Platform with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the therapeutic antibody 5C4.B8 (Nivolumab). This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Human IgG4 format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
