Recombinant monoclonal antibody to CD45. Manufactured using AbAb’s Recombinant Platform with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the hybridoma YTH54.12. This chimeric human antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Rat IgG2b format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
