Description
The described is a fully human monoclonal antibody (clone 1G12) against human sonic hedgehog homolog (Shh). Soluble recombinant human Shh and KLH-conjugated Shh (Shh-KLH) was used as an immunogen for the mAb generation. The antibody is useful in the treatment studies of diseases associated with the activity and overproduction of Shh and as diagnostics.
