HPAB-AP033-YC

Human Anti-CD37 Recombinant Antibody (clone A2)

Description

The antibody is a human antibody that exhibits specificity for CD37. The CD37 antibody, specifically A2 and B2, can also be utilized in various other forms, such as dispersions, suspensions, or liposomes. It can be incorporated into tablets, capsules, powders, sprays, transdermal or intradermal patches, creams with or without permeation enhancing devices, wafers, nasal, buccal, or pulmonary formulations. Additionally, it can be produced by implanted cells or, after gene therapy, by the individual's own cells. When administered as a single agent, the mAb A2 significantly inhibits the growth of lymphomas, specifically Ramos lymphomas.
