Description
This product is a chimeric (mouse/human) antibody that recognizes Plasma cell malignancies. Wue-1 is Highly Specific for Healthy and Malignant Plasma Cells. Wue-1 did not react with macrophages or other lymphatic cells, such as T- lymphocytes or macrophages, and did not show any binding in the peripheral blood, liver tissue, kidneys, muscles, skin, urinary bladder, testis and ovary, and reacted weakly and inconstantly with secretory epithelium in the gastro intestinal duct (stomach, intestine).
