Human Anti-KDR Recombinant Antibody (clone mAb6.64)

Description

Recombinant Chimeric (Human/Mouse) Antibody (mAb6.64) is capable of binding to VEGFR2, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-VEGFR2 mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-VEGFR2 proteins mAb and CL of human light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition. The antibody bind at opposite ends of VEGFR2 domain 3 and prevent receptor dimerization by perturbing the domain 3 : domain 4 interface.
