Description
This product is a recombinant humanized antibody that recognizes SDC1. The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography. The purified recombinant syndecan-1 protein was used as an antigen. The antibody was screened by ELISA and the the efficacy to syndecan-1 was tested using the A549 cell line.
