Description
This is a human recombinant antibody specific for interleukin-2 (IL2). The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography. It can specifically bind with IL-2, the binding affinity of this antibody with IL-2 was measured by SPR and its KD value is 0.205 nM. This antibody has been tested using Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and Surface plasmon resonance.
