Description
This product is a recombinant human antibody recognizing interleukin-2 (IL2). The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography. It has potent affinity with IL-2 and the KD value measured by SPR is 1.54 nM. It has been detected using Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and Surface plasmon resonance.
