Description
It is a recombinant antibody targeting the IL-2, derived from human. The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography. The binding kinetics and affinity of this antibody for human IL-2 was tested by Surface plasmon resonance and the KD value is 13.3 nM. This product has been detected using Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and Surface plasmon resonance.
