Description
This is a anti-IL-2 human recombinant antibody recoginzing and binding with IL-2. The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography. It has potent affinity with IL-2 and the KD value measured by SPR is 13.4 nM. This product has been determined using Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and Surface plasmon resonance.
