Description
The BLyS has high affinity, and can remarkably effectively block a BLyS protein at a protein level and a cellular level to prevent the binding of the BLyS protein to a receptor. The BLyS antibody has no cross-reactivity with human APRIL and like protein antigens, has good biological activity, and can inhibit the proliferation of mouse B-cells induced by human BLyS. so the BLyS antibody can be used in the preparation of a medicine for preventing or treating diseases associated with BLyS expression or dysfunction.
