Description
Provided herein are antibodies that bind to PDGFRβ. Additional studies were conducted which revealed that antibodies PFH2 inhibit phosphorylation of PDGFR and downstream signaling molecule map-kinase (MAPK) in response to stimulation by PDGFbb.
