Description
This recombinant humanized antibody binds to human Glycoprotein A repetitions predominant (GARP) expressed on the cell surface of activated Treg. The antibody has ADCC activity against L428 cells. The binding affinity of the antibody was determined by SPR analysis (KD = 1.8 nM).
