Description
This product is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes HAVCR2. The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography. It has an affinity of about 20 nM to human TIM-3 ECD. It is able to inhibit the interaction of soluble TIM-3-Fc with cell- displayed PtdS.
