Description
This is a recombinant chimeric (mouse/human) antibody that targets CD34. To evaluate the binding affinities of the chimeric HPAB-M0473-YC antibodies to the recombinant human CD34 protein, we conducted a surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor-based assay. The KD value for the binding of chimeric HPAB-M0473-YC to human CD34 protein was determined to be 14.7 nM.
