Description
This product is a recombinant humanized antibody that recognizes the programmed death-ligand 1 (CD274 or PD-L1). Its specific binding was tested by flow cytometry and its binding activity was tested by indirect ELISA with good results. The product was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography.
