Description
This product is a recombinant chimeric (Mouse/Human) IgG antibody that binds human B7-H3. This study presents the findings of the B7-H3- ADC's efficacy in inducing in vivo cytotoxicity against NCI-H1703 non-small cell lung cancer tumor cells implanted subcutaneously in a CDl nude mouse model. The administered dose of chmAb-D-vc-MMAE was 10 mg/kg.
