Description
Provided is an antibody capable of binding to human MICA polypeptides. The antibody has increased activity in the treatment studies of disorders characterized by MICA-expressing cells, particularly cancer. mAb 1 and mAb 2 showed a particularly strong improvement in binding affinity for MICA alleles *01, *04 and *07.
