HPAB-J0122-YC

Human Anti-HLA-B27 Recombinant Antibody (clone HD6)

Description

Provided is an antibody, which recognizes HLA-B27 heavy-chain homodimers, termed HC-B27, HLA-B272 or B272, particularly recognizing B272 homodimers and which does not recognize or bind HLA-B27 heterotrimers (B27) including HLA-B27 heterotrimers with β2 microglobulin and peptide. It binds to recombinant B272 complexes but not to HLA-A2, B7 or B27 complexes in ELISA. It could inhibit binding of B272 to KIR3DL1, KIR3DL2 and LILRB2 immunoreceptors and B272-mediated survival and proliferation of human NK cells expressing KIR3DL2.
