Description
Provided is an anti-erbB2 functional antibody HF4 based on erbB2 protein extracellular C-terminal functional epitope characteristics. The antibody is capable of specifically identifying target antigens and target cells, inhibiting the proliferation of target cells in vitro and mediating ADCC activity to kill the target cells.
