Description
This product is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes human ERBB3/HER-3. The antibody cross-reacted with rat HER-3. The epitope was mapped to residues 251 to 325. The Kd value is 0.082 nM. The antibody can be used in the methods for diagnosing and treating diseases associated with HER-3 mediated signal transduction.
