Description
This product is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes the CD274 protein of human origin. The binding of this antibody to hPD-1 was tested by flow cytometry. It could inhibit the binding of hPD-1 to hPD-L1 in cell-based assays. This product was expressed in a mammalian system, purified by affinity purification, and went through strict quality control.
