This product is a recombinant human antibody directed against the pro-inflammatory cytokine MIF (Macrophage Migration Inhibitory Factor) do not bind to unmodified MIF in its reduced state. MIF is an important regulator of innate immunity. The epitope of the antibody is aa 86-102.
